Legal / Terms

Terms of use and editorial independence

Terms for reading Spadina & Bremner Quarterly: no tickets, no warranties on the sky, Ontario law, and a clear statement that this desk is not the box office.

By using cn-tower-online-tickets.com you are reading an independent neighbourhood magazine edited by Dr. Henrik Lindqvist. You are not entering a contract of carriage, a ticket purchase, or a tour. I do not sell admission to the observation tower on Bremner Boulevard. I do not take reservations. I do not handle payments. If a page or a search snippet made that unclear, go to the official venue for anything that costs money. A search advertisement is a signpost toward these notes, not an offer of inventory.

The notes are observational. Weather changes. Queues change. Operator rules change. I can be wrong between the kettle and the plaza. You remain responsible for checking hours, closures, wind holds, and product rules with the people who run the lifts and the dining room. Nothing here is a promise that the far shore will be visible at fourteen-ten, or that a Saturday line will be short because I used the word “sometimes.” The hexagonal core is a 1970s machine. It does not owe you a ceiling.

Names of decks, products, and the official site belong to the operator. I use ordinary English — main ring, glass floor, terrace, upper cabin, revolving dining room, roof walk — so I am not pretending to be their voice. “Railway Lands shaft” in these pages is my precinct shorthand for the mast I can see from Iceboat Terrace. It is not a claim of title, and it is not a licence to sell anyone else’s timed entry.

Licence to read

You may read, bookmark, and share a link. You may quote a short passage with credit if you are writing a trip plan for friends. You may not copy the site wholesale, dress it in another name, or feed the pages into a reseller funnel. You may not imply I endorse a ticket vendor. I do not. The search advertisements I place exist so people checking Railway Lands weather and queue times can find the notes. Clicking an advertisement does not create a booking, and it does not create a relationship with the operator.

Liability

To the extent Ontario law allows, I am not liable for a wasted add-on, a missed train, a wind hold, a closed terrace, a cloudy prix-fixe, or a day the lake decided to hide. I did not take your money. I did not run the elevator. I wrote down how the precinct behaves. Use it as a method. Dress for wind. Look at the upper cabin from grade before you buy elevation you cannot spend. That is the deal, and it is the whole of the deal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a dispute ever crawled out of a quarterly this small, Ontario courts in Toronto would hear it. I would still rather you emailed first. I may update these terms when the site changes. The important line does not: this is not a box office, and Spadina & Bremner Quarterly is not affiliated with the tower operator or Canada Lands Company.
